Refund policy
At Becoming BioQuantum™, each product is crafted with intention, care, and high-frequency integrity. As a small business dedicated to conscious creation, we currently offer exchanges only on our products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items.
If you would like to exchange an unopened item/ untampered, please follow the protocol outlined below. We’re here to ensure you have a supportive and aligned experience with our offerings.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. All exchanges must be approved and opened or used products cannot be exchanged without approval.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (opened or used products cannot be returned), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be mailed your exchanged product. All exchanges must be started within 21 days of receiving the package to ensure quality of the product.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Items that are reported damaged or lost 21 days after delivery will not be accepted for exchange)
